Entering at 5:40 pm and food not reaching us by 7:15 pm on a Thursday. They really need to so something to get their basics right. Just a good location with poor service and unhappy staff. Very expensive keeping in view their food quality, service and unhappiness. Their people have no motivation at all!! Not a place to go. GooglePlace - June 2017

Wife and I went here for some ice cream which I ended up not having any but towards the end of hers she found a big lump on string in hers and by the time she found this we was already some distance so did not go back to show them! Dont know how string gets into ice cream but clearly the quality control is slack and needs better looking after! It could have been a 1 off or maybe not but either way string does not belong in ice cream!!! GooglePlace - June 2017

Amazing views and mostly great food. It was a little disingenuous to hear the same "the chef made this especially for you, complements of the chef" for the free starter, and desert. Only complaint about the food was the Veal. Super dry, served almost in a wiener snitzel breading, without a sauce or lemon. This location and food has the potential for Michelin stars, but the magic is missing. It felt like a a dance or routine replayed a dozen times before second course. GooglePlace - March 2017

Service was superb- very nice and friendly waiters, but the prices and service charges are a bit much- even for an "upscale" dining restaurant. A small bottle of coke was €10!! And i felt the food was just average. Location is good for tourists, although i'm not sure how many tourists actually stop by because of the high prices. It was late, however, and most places were closed, so this was one of the only nearby options for us. GooglePlace - February 2017
