Van Bol & Feste / Milano

Largo Cairoli Foro Buonaparte Milano 20121

seeing one of the staff not wash their hands after using the toilet is just filthy - sure there ‘might’ be a wash station in the kitchen or bar area, but how can we know if it will be used and how many things will be touched in the meantime. You can’t control customer hygiene but you need to fix it for your staff. GooglePlace - November 2017

Cakes are nice but in a bill you will have MUCH bigger price then in their menu. Menu has a 'take away' price but in bill it will be multipled twice for their rude and unprofessional service. I am OK to pay higher price but hate to be treated like a fool. GooglePlace - October 2017

The taste and flavor of the gelato is very good. Very well located near the Castelo Sforzesco. The only downsize is the service, very rude just contributing for the Italian stereotype. And to complete the poor service, when I was seating in the tables outside I was kicked out by the waiter because the ice cream was for "take out". Just ridiculous, because he could ask me if I'd like to order anything on the table. Don't recommend if you are a tourist and like to be well treated. Photo: ice cream 3 flavors. Strawberry, milk chocolate and pistachio. 4 Euros. GooglePlace - April 2017
