I like the atmosphere, it's warm and cosy. Somewhat expensive, but not really more than you would expect. You pay when you order at the reception, so you can just leave when you finish, and you don't really have any good reason to give tips. And also worth mentioning: The food is very good! Visited Egon for dinner and the first thing you notice is how busy the place is. The menu is diverse and the food was excellent for what you pay. The staff were polite and we're very efficient. I was very impressed with the decor and the ordering system (you pay for the food first) but the only downside was the queue to order. Overall, had a very good experience at the restaurant. Casual style restaurant. I've been here many times. Pricey, as everything else in Oslo (Norway), but worthy it, indeed. No 10% service charge. You order your food in the cashier and give the number of your table. I recommend it. GooglePlace - April 2017
