Description
We are stoked that so many of our awesome guests want to come visit us each day – but unfortunately we can not accommodate all requests. Our inbox and phones are a bit overwhelmed at the moment so it may take us up to 48 hours to answer any booking request. Therefore we have chosen to open upp half of our tables for drop-in guests only – so feel free to pop-on-by! This place gets 5/5 for food. Absolutely fantastic. Best burger I've had. Fries were awesome. Chicken wings were fab.
The service however. 1/5. Wait staff was more busy chatting with each other, than customer service. Ordered a beer. Saw the barman put it ready to be delivered. It stood there for 10 minutes with the wait-staff being more busy chatting. I ended up asking if the beer was forgotten... And then it came right over.
For this place to improve service, they probably need to get rid of half the wait staff, to increase efficiency and remove the yearn for them to chatter instead of paying any attention to customers......
