Best beef steak in town. Was with my wife to celebrate and the meat was amazing. Usually I don’t eat “saignant” but due to the great quality of meat, I can’t believe I like it so much! The price with the portion is not even expensive. The bosses and waiter were very nice as well. The bosses explained to us how they cook the meat and how they get the meat too. We took a plate of cotes de boeuf, their specialty, to share. You order by weight and we took 748gms for two people and it was a lot. We could have gone at least 50-100gms lighter. Comes with thin fries, marrow and salad. I heard that the salad and fries are unlimited but we didn’t get a chance to find out as we were so full. The meat was served rare and it was tender and delicious. The marrow had a lovely dense bread to accompany it. The red wine was a perfect accompaniment to the meat. I can’t wait to go back!
