That was okay. It was clean, location is great. But i would not say that it's a 4-star hotel. It was written that we would have tea maker, but we didn't. Service was good, breakfast was nice.

Great mix of a hostel and hotel. The receptionist was very friendly on arrival. However there was no hairdryer in our room and we had to ask about 6 times for one as they kept saying it would be there somewhere in our room but there wasnt! Great bathroom size.

Room are clean and location is perfect. Near to city center and metro and several bus or tram to any other part of Prague.
Too much noise generated by vehicle and tram - unavoidable.
Decoration (lighting) too dark - my 8 year old child commented too eerie and like a haunted house.
Room facility - no hot water kettle provided. (my first hotel in my life encounter this). No aircon unit. Room is so stale and lead to no choice to open the window throughout the night.
Hotel rating 4 stars - could be something wrong with the rating.

The hotel was OK, very basic and nothing special. The room looked really cheap so did the bathroom. No controlled AC, so you cannot adjust the temperature. It was very humid in the bathroom after taking showers, in addition it was hard not to splash water on the floor because the plastic curtain in the shower did not close properly. The room we stayed (306 I believe ) was right next to a hallway door that was making a terrible sound any time a person passed by. We had to put a piece of soap on the floor by the hallway door to prevent the banging sound before going to bed hoping that we can fall asleep before someone throws it away. We brought it up to the receptionist but nothing was done during our three-day stay. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbours. While the stuff at check in was nice, I found that when I actually needed help ( had to see a doctor) receptionists were useless. They suggested going to a hospital close by saying they were not sure if they would actually be able to examine me. There are such things like Google and phones these days that they could have easily used to help because I don't speak Czech language. So I ended up finding two doctor offices myself online even closer and asked them to call and see if they were open and would accept tourists. Will not stay at this place and would recommend looking for a different hotel in Prague.

I stayed at the fusion hotel for just over a week and the service was excellent! The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were lovely. I stayed in room 405 and room 408 for the last day which was the best room in the hotel. It was so amazing but a bit much for what I had planned. It had a kitchen, dining room table, a balcony overlooking the city, lots of Windows, a double bed and a Samsung TV. It was a bit much for a guy who just needed a bed to sleep in but for a family, it would have been ideal!
