Bad service. OK food. I am not sure how to say this but I will explain the story. I am a Persian girl and I walked in with 2 of my girl friends. One Asian and one Indian. At the same time as us, a group of 4 blonde girls got seated. We ordered our food right after them. Their food came, they finished their food, they paid their bill and left and our food had still not come yet... Take what you will out of that. The server was rude to us and I had to ask where our food is in order for it to actually come to us. When we wanted to pay, the cashier took the card from us and used it to tap on the machine when we wanted to use the chip and enter our code in to pay (it is safer to enter your code in when using card). She gave me a dirty look and asked me in a rude way why I would want to do that. I told her because it is what I prefer. She snatched my card away from me and in an angry way put the chip in and gave me the machine to put my code in. The food was not worth the terrible service and the long wait. I really like their caramel latte with rich milk foam for fair price compared to other cafes around but the service is not good. It is slow and last time I was there the waitress was actually very arrogant and it discouraged me from visiting again. When one lady asked about soya milk to her coffee, the waitress replied in such a voice it made me feel ashamed. Other guests next to us complained about their pasta and she showed zero compassion and did not even say sorry. Otherwise, this cafe is in a great spot, next to Wenceslas square but at the same time away from the crowds. The toilets are clean and smell nice. GooglePlace - July 2017
