This is the Italian restaurant you want to go to in Prague. It is in the Old Town on a quiet street off the tourist track. The food was WONDERFUL - so delicious. It was elegant and chic, - clearly frequented by locals and not a tourist place. My meal here was so so much better here than La Finestre where the concierge had sent me - food better, wine much better, prices better & service better . SO if you are looking for a small elegant lovely Italian meal with perfect service this is your place.

We had a nice dinner in a beautiful place that has been impacted by unpleasant behavior from the staff:
-wine recommendation: the waiter didn't recommend us a wine under 90€ till I had to ask for some options less expensive - "how to feel uncomfortable".
-the wine has been decanted (that is positive) but the waiter forgot 1/4 of the wine within the bottle, we figured out that when we grabbed the bottle for taking a picture of it. We asked him and he poured the rest of the wine within the decanter, mixing the solid and the liquid: not enjoyable.
-When the waiters served us the courses they were laughing...not respectful at all.
-the water asked to my father and oncle if they wanted to finish in a grappa: once again they force the clients to pay expensive drinks. He brought the Grappa of the Sassicaya winerie the this one not the most expensive/best winerie of Italia, they charged us 350CZK/Grappa. That was a very good for sure.
To sum up the waiters' behaviors need to be addressed.
As a matter of fact, not being a local doesn't mean being stupid and a milky cow.

High end Michelin recommended restaurant. Came for lunch and they have a more limited menu. The "soup" was amazing with saffron foam and fried shrimp.

Great food, really nice interior and ambience...oh..and the wine list is fantastic too. The Chef's signature dish was excellent. A great experience.
