This should be a 5 star review. I really like this place, it is fabulous in the sunshine, the food is decent and the service at the tables is great - really friendly and warm - I feel as though Im on holiday when I am there. Two things to be aware of in my view: firstly, when you first arrive, attention can be a little amiss - in busy times, I have waited quite a few minutes to be greeted and shown to a table, and depending on how busy the deli is, i think you can be overlooked as people think you are queuing there. Secondly but most significantly, my advice would be to steer clear of buying from the deli counter after your meal; as there I've found the customer experience to be very inconsistent with the warmth of the table service. Surly, bordering on rude - I was snapped at by the girl behind the counter that i would have to wait at least 5 minutes as she was busy. When i asked for Pecorino cheese, she asked me which one - hard to explain on here, as it wasn't necessarily the content of what she was saying, more the way she said it. I don't know if there is a different model for dealing with customers in the Czech Republic, but I wouldn't expect to be spoken to as though I were a naughty kid wanting attention in a place where I am spending my dolla. Pro tip, if you dont like the public, then maybe get a job where you dont have to deal with them. In summary, I would give the restaurant 4 stars; and the deli counter 2.
