Don't believe all the 5 star ratings, the service was extremely poor. We ordered pancakes, scrambled eggs and hot chocolate. All arrived after 40 mins and the cafe was only half full. We complained to the manager, who did not want to listen to our complaints and ignored us. I have never experienced customer service like this and would recommend everyone to avoid this place and spend their money elsewhere. GooglePlace - November 2017

We found ourselves struggling to almost comic levels trying to communicate with our waiter, My partner and I repeated the order to him no less than five times between us as we didn't feel confident in the slightest that he'd grasped even vaguely what we'd asked for. And sure enough, when the food came it wasn't as ordered, missing the main topping that we had just been through with our waiter over and over again, V-E-R-Y S-L-O-W-L-Y. In the end he still didn't seem to understand what was wrong and just sloped off shrugging his shoulders, like it wasn't his problem. The owner happened to see there was an issue and came over to ask what the problem was and we explained that our food wasn't as ordered. The owner did not accept blame and said he would not replace it. That was extremely disappointing. I have never experienced a service like this in my life. Our kids' eggs didn't fare much better either. it still had egg shells inside the egg. SHOCKING! What sort of cafe leaves the egg shells in scrambled eggs. Do they expect their customers to swallow them whole? Really not a good idea to serve this way to a small two year old child either! All in all I would recommend steering well clear of this place. It is without doubt the worst cafe we've ever been to in Prague. And the service has to be seen to be believed. Avoid!!! GooglePlace - November 2017

Worst place to eat in Prague. We ordered scrambled eggs and pancakes, both arrived 1 hour late, cold and stake. The cafe was empty so i have no idea why the food was so delayed. We asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and was not bothered to speak to us. My wife and I have been treated very well in our trip in Prague however Home Kitchen has left us with a bad taste. I would advise anyone who is visiting Prague to avoid this place as they are so many other nicer cafe in Old Town who provide a much better service and higher level quality of food. Stale and cold food. I had high expectations of this place due to the high google rating but it looks like they did the review themselves. It definitely did not live up to expectation. The food arrived 45 mins late and they weren't even busy so i can't imagine how long it would have took if they were busy. The waiters were rude. I had my wife and kids with me who were really hungry. Extremely disappointed. I complained to the manager, who was extremely rude and did not want to accept blame. I will never come back again. I went here based on all the positive reviews I saw. They couldn't be more right! I had their chicken soup which was soo flavorful. I took a slice of blackberry pie to go and it was to die for. Service was great, only thing was the only accept cash. Definitely recommend. GooglePlace - August 2017
