The restaurant it is place on the last floor of a kind of skyscraper in a somekind of new fancy neighbourhood. The view is quite amazing. The food was really nice we take the degustation menu and a bottle of wine but the waiters were somehow lost with just four tables with clients. The place didn't show really sucesfull, I mean a lot of investment for just 10 people on Friday evening... and the dancing of the Waiters was quite disappointing. At the beginning we had no fork and knives or breadplate. We miss also the sojabowl a copple of times and we had to ask for it. But the more disappointing experience was when a somekind of rude looking housekeeper working as waiter put us an extra tip when we paid with the credit card. Not to recommend, if it doesn't close anyways in next months. GooglePlace - November 2017

Perfect view, good cocktails, main dishes are so small. GooglePlace - September 2017

The view is very cool, but the food is only decent. If I ever went up there again, I'd go for a drink rather than food. GooglePlace - August 2017

I have never been treated in a similar way before. We had a gala event in a room next to the lounge which was rented to the organizers by Aureole and which I joined as company representative. In between, I decided with other managers of different companies to visit Aureole Lounge for a drink. From the moment we entered the bar, we were treated in the most arrogant and dismissive way possible by the bartender. He snapped at us that we cannot expect the prices from our event next door (which we never expected or asked for), then went off several times while attending us. When he attended other customers instead of finishing our order, one colleague reminded him that we were still waiting for our drinks at which he got very angry and raised his voice at her! Thus, I asked him to write down his name, so I could address this issue with his manager. He refused to give his name but mentioned that the other bartender observing the conversation was his manager. That guy at being addressed only smirked at us, turned his back and walked off. It was truly humiliating! The behavior at Aureole would be unacceptable at best in a run-down bar at some random street corner but is scandalous for a supposedly classy rooftop lounge with respective prices. I can only warn everyone to ever set foot into this place. I have never written a negative review before but I believe that this behavior should not go unnoticed. GooglePlace - December 2016
