Service was unbelievably RUDE!!! Waiter literally took banknotes from my wallet, throw change on the table ("forgetting" 40 CZK), and just as we were coming out shouted at us for another 30 CZK for pretzels. Seems like if you don't spend thousands you're a trash in here. Definity the worst kind of service we experienced in Prague. GooglePlace - June 2017

Had to wait 10 Minutes until a waiter came, then we sat there for another 15 Minutes and until then no one wanted to get our order. The table was dirty and the female waiter so damn unfriendly. The table next to us gave 50 KC tip and recommended us to leave the Restaurant because it sucks. GooglePlace - June 2017

AVOID at all costs - ripping off tourists. Just been in for coffee. Asked for coffee with milk, were served two espressos and a whole glass of cold milk. There are pretzels hung on a wooden frame on each table. When we received the bill we were charged more for the glass of milk that we didn't actually want than for the coffees and also for a pretzel that we didn't have. When we queried the pretzel charge we were told that there were five pretzels on each side of the frame but as one side now had four we must of eaten one - which we hadn't. When we insisted that we hadn't touched it and in fact we were sat in front of the counter so they must have known that, the waitress then declared that there was no service charge on the bill and so that charge was the same so she was keeping the money anyway. Appalling, do yourself a favour, steer well clear and use one of the many lovely and friendly cafes in Prague. To add insult to injury, the coffee was pretty bitter and unpleasant too 🙁 GooglePlace - May 2017

I would have given this restaurant 1 star if not for our eating experience previously. First time we ate there the food was decent. We had tagliatelle and the Mrs Mulers brisket? Tagliatelle with the chicken & mushrooms were ok. Second time, since there was an outside seating opening and we were super tired and all other restaurants were so busy we repeated eating here. Beef ghoulash was very salty, bread at table was extra, and additionally another extra 45 Czech crowns charge to get food to go (just the styrofoam containers, no cutlery). GooglePlace - May 2017
