I was very impressed with the quality of the beef. To be honest, and following a visit to an Argentinian steak house serving grass-fed beef in another city, I was a little bit worried that my wife wouldn't like the Charolais grass-fed beef, but the leanness and flavour of the steaks didn't take away from its amazing tenderness. In the end, she offered that it was the "best steak I ever had, ever".
As more than one person here has said, the first thought I had after finishing the 300 g tenderloin was "I could really do with another steak". Sides of spinach and mash potato were perfectly fine, as were the soups and the carpacio we had to start off, but really you come here for the steaks, you eat the steaks and then you go. One small detail I loved was the desserts: we did get the "make at the table with liquid nitrogen" ice cream, and yes it was fun but more importantly: it wasn't a saccharine attack like you would expect in other countries. As with elsewhere in Prague, the desserts are really about a lot more than just sugar. Definitely order the ice cream after your steak.
The service was impeccable. Just the right amount of attention for a place which is so (surprisingly) busy, even in the middle of the week. At under US$ 100 for a three-course meal for two including a bottle of wine, it is pretty competitive for this kind of steak house and I would say it competes with places of similar quality in Prague.

Very good service, nice atmosfere and DELICIOUS food. Got the tenderloin steak with demi-glace sauce and potatoes and even tough the portion was of a decent size I just wanted to have more and more. The dessert house special made in front of you with a super cold liquid nitrogen is a treat for eyes and mouth. The wine selection is very good as well. Go if you want a piece of really good meat with everything that belongs to it.

The only rating I can give to Bila Krava are 5 stars. And they deserve every single one of them. The food was amazing. One of the best steaks we had in our lives. The service was very professional. The location is nice and not too overcrowded. You should definitely make a reservation, especially if you are a big group. We were 11 persons and everyone of us would give this restaurant 5 stars.
We can definitely recommend the mixed plate with 5 different steaks. Add some side dishes and you will not regret it.

Awesome place at a reasonable price. We went with yelp recommendations and had a fabulous carpaccio as well as the steak platter for two. Tender meat, cooked to perfection and really nice staff. And they have dry ice desert... Looks crazy ;)
