Really good traditional Czech food, not a tourist trap either. I had the Goulash with dumplings and my Fiancée had the Turkey breast with corn with a side of boiled potatoes and both dishes were top notch. Prices were very fair, the service was good and the place had a good atmosphere too. GooglePlace - August 2017

First off, don't expect great service. There are a couple of nice staff, but it's pretty much standard for Prague. Once you get past that, however, the food here is phenomenal! My girlfriend and I were in Prague for 4 nights and we ate here for 3 of them. I personally recommend the 'Old Prague Plate' for two if you can share with someone as it's a great taste of Czech food. Plus the prices are great, you can have a great meal with a drink for about £10 a head. GooglePlace - August 2017

Great price, generous quantity, and delicious food! This is the first time we've felt this full since coming to Europe. It's also surprisingly vegetarian friendly, with fried mushrooms, grilled veggies, fried or pickled cheese. Lots of options for everyone. Service was quick, menus in English, servers friendly. Just be aware they charge extra for serving you water! GooglePlace - July 2017

Solid place, reasonable prices. Very traditional Czech food. Nothing is truly light fare, regardless of what the menu says. A little touristy, but what else do you expect in this area? Pork and chicken dishes were both good. Wait staff not as overtly friendly as other places, but is seems like they're trying for sort of s dungeony atmosphere. Would come here again if I was around. Very lovely. We had great food and great service. Lots of activity but no problem to get a seat while we were there. Take note that if you are in a hurry around lunch time, there is typically a smaller menu of items available immediately on the table, but on in Czech. You can still order from the regular menu (in various languages) but your food will take a little longer. GooglePlace - July 2017
