Very nice looking atmosphere, you go downstairs into like a cellar. Had lots of drawn pictures and so on. Looks old and original Czech. The Gulasch we had (wild pork and beer beef) were top. Very nice waiter and good service. Card in German and English. Prices were good and for us affordable. Food came quickly. We got a free starter of bread with goose lard. Delicious. I ordered the pork knuckle and it was reheated, dry, the skin hard and the grease underneath horrible, melted like pudding. I don't recommend it. GooglePlace - May 2017

Great service from the staff and food was excellent. The interior of the resturant was a bit interresting aswell. The only thing i didnt like was the fact it's deep down under the ground, in a cellar. Felt a bit closed in. But that was just a minor issue. I would eat there again! GooglePlace - March 2017

Restaurant deep in a basement with an old Czech feel to it. Serves a very large selection of traditional Czech food. We had soup which is excellent and around 50czk a bowl. This with the bread could be a decent meal in itself. The garlic soup was particularly good. For mains they have a lot of pork as this is traditionally the most eaten meat. I recommend asking for the pork knee (called a pork knuckle on the English menu). This is a joint of meat with bones, slow roasted and served with sauerkraut, mustard and horseradish. No side required - you'll struggle to finish what is normally over half a kilo of tender pork for 270czk - or about £9 English money. Excellent restaurant. GooglePlace - March 2017
