Ajisen is a quick-service joint that specializes in ramen of traditional to not so traditional. Workers are well-balanced young crew of kids that'll get you settled down within seconds of arrival. Menu is quickly dropped off while food and beverages comes swiftly. Depending on day and time you come there can be a wait time with sign-in list. Best to come off peak times. Today was a bit of a chilly overcast day and ramen was fits the bill. Got a bowl of scallop ramen just to try as I never had this version before. Noodles were perfect not mushy and broth came hot and delicious. Two pieces of scallop were squishy and flavorful not too chewy. My oversized soup spoon gave me even spoonful of toppings and broth each time I lower it in. In the end I had to drink the rest out of the bowl as spoon couldn't do it no more. It's worth trying Ajisen even though it's fast food. GooglePlace - May 2017

This place is pretty good. Ramen is flavorful and I'm never disappointed when I come here. My complaints are that there isn't enough variety in soup bases with the majority being pork, which I don't eat. There is however a few handful selections of vegetarian and a beef ramen that are very good and a select few options that you can sub in for something other than pork broth. A good choice for getting some noodles when at this mall. GooglePlace - May 2017

Love the Ajisen Ramen San Francisco here and you have the option of getting thick or thin noodles which I think is great and the Mooch isn't too bad either. GooglePlace - April 2017

The food was excellent and the customer service was unique. Ordered Ajisen Ramen and a Ramune drink, and they were both splendid and tasty. A must for San Francisco. GooglePlace - April 2017

With dishes around $10 it´s good value for money. Speedy and cordial staff. There was a small line (around 10 people) that was attended very quick (they have that manual waiting list on paper). Groups of 2 or 4 is recommend to be seated fast. Boba Tea Milk is a interesting choice if you like tea in general. Good surprise. GooglePlace - March 2017
