We need more of these kind of places. Outdoor, lively, and simple. It is the perfect little taste of supenkuche and takes advantage of our beautiful weather! That said, it is too popular. Expect a long wait.

Nice option for a casual drink or bite near cultural institutions. Generally crowded, so expect to wait a bit. Service not too speedy either at peak hours, so give yourself plenty of time to take it easy and enjoy.

This place has a really fun atmosphere! We arrived to a decent line at 6:00 pm on a Friday night and waited about 25 minutes to order. You can order by the half liter or 1 liter of beer (half liters range from $8 - $9 and 1 liters range from $16 - $18). After waiting in such a long line and since there is only one bar, most people seemed to get the full liter. They also had several wine options available. Seating is extremely limited and community style, so don't be afraid to grab any open seats. Some standing tables or a long standing bar would be a great addition.

Love this place. The energy is really great. Such a nice outdoor space to hang out with friends or peeps from office - a great place for some great beer, pickles, pretzels and sausages. Good fun! Have been here already twice and will be back. It can get bit cold after sunset so bring a jacket! It is usually pretty packed even on weekdays so be prepared to spend few minutes in line to order. Love the community benches!

Late night eats, made to order sausages and consistently good potato salad. I've been eating at the lower height hole in the wall for almost 20 years. It's never let me down. I live the duck sausage, grilled onions with sweet peppers. I've had it all, I really like the German potato salad. It's not a really fast pick up here. They throw the sausage on the grill when you order. Takes about 10 minutes to cook and fix up. Best bar food ever? Maybe may not, it's a great option for fast, delicious and greasy drunk food.
