Food is decent and decently priced, however the service is what is lacking a bit for my tastes. I work a few blocks away and like to put my orders in online so I can specify exactly what I want and don't have to waste time in the line which can get long. 95% of the time, my order comes out wrong in some way. From ignoring modifications (No pickles, No Tomato) to missing items ordered completely (ordered fries, got nothing), something is always incorrect. I would think receiving a print out that already has all of my changes listed out would make it easier to enter. I've had it happen when I ordered in store too. The food is good and hits a sport when I'm craving it, but I always prepare myself for it to be not quite right. GooglePlace - August 2015

A recent menu overhaul has made this place a pretty formidable lunch option. Lots of pre-assembled toppings, quality beef, price is a bit high, but, hey, you're in the FiDi. Outdoor seating is a nice touch, and they use those coasters that buzz when your food is ready. Oh, and the garlic fries are the BOMB. GooglePlace - October 2014

The address is 343 Sansome but the entrance is misleading because you either have to walk through the building to the loading dock into the alley and hang a right, or find your way to the alley from Sansome St. Quaint, clean and not too busy at 1:30PM on a Tuesday afternoon. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a side salad. The sandwich was $7 and the salad was $3.50 and I received a $1 discount..so paid $10 and change for lunch. Sandwich wasn't overly impressive. Just 2 slices of grilled sourdough bread with a couple of chucks of semi melted cheese in the middle. Not worth $7 in my opinion. The salad was better, showcasing bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots and various greens. It was lightly tossed in dressing....but I could hardly taste the bleu cheese flavor. Also, it was a good portion size. Overall, not a bad experience, but valuewise....would have like to have seen a little more bang for the buck or a slightly cheaper sandwich since this didn't even have meat in it.
