This place no longer accepts coupons /meal deal vouchers. This place no longer accepts coupons /meal deal vouchers since 3 July. Very unprofessional as vouchers didn't state exception to this location. Not sure why but if you like paying full price for not very good fast food then go to this place otherwise try nearby Jack in the box, McDonalds. Won't come here again. GooglePlace - July 2017

Higher prices due to being in a tourist area. Ripoff. $9.50 small size whopper meal. GooglePlace - July 2017

Good service and food but some high rollin' homeless who won't accept anything less than paper. GooglePlace - June 2017

Quality and service are about average for a Burger King. Prices are high, currently about $8 for a breakfast meal, and $11 for a burger meal. The dining area is large, and they are well-staffed, so the line moves quickly and there's room to sit somewhere. They do have security to deal with the downtown vagrants. Not a great dining experience, but when it comes to the chore of finding and eating a quick, relatively cheap meal downtown, it gets the job done adequately. GooglePlace - April 2017

It does the job if you just want to fill your stomach quick. The last time I was here I got coffee and an order of chicken nuggets. $1.49 was a good deal for ten pieces. Although the quality was not as good as that of McDonald's - they had a bitter taste to each bite. Don't know what was wrong with them. Then the servers forgot to give me the dipping sauce and I got attitude when I went back to claim it. Coffee at BK is usually bad but the coffee at this location is very acceptable. This SF location is in downtown near Union Square so it gets plenty of foot traffic. The bad part is sometimes you get a lot of homeless and panhandlers around the premises. The security guy, that might have been Pacific Islander, that was on duty that day seemed to have kept the place in order. He was even getting rid of trash from the tables. I asked to take a picture if him and give him a good review but he refused. Overall it seemed like a good and safe place to eat although I reserve eating fast food as the last choice.
