This restaurant is for lovers. Even out of season you have to wait nearly 30 minutes for a table. Best view is at the window, but there you must wait more than one hour. The seafood is so tasty, so crispy potatoes! Prices are really not cheap - but hey, it's Bubba Gump ;) Everything in all it is an enjoyable place with great meals. GooglePlace - February 2018

The waiting time is around 30 minutes. They will ask for your phone number and text you once the table will be available, so you can explore all the interesting places nearby in the meantime. The food is good, soup and salads are served sickly, the wait time for the main dishes was longer, about 15 minutes. I've been there on Christmas, so that may not be typical. The place itself is themed after Forest Gump movie and has very good view on the San Francisco Bay. GooglePlace - December 2017

It took us approx 40 minutes to get a table of 3 and they have no many seats out side so we have to walk around pier 39 and come back and It took 10 minutes to get our meal order. The sea food; prawns and rice, salads, potatoes was delicious and Lemonade drink. The view outside facing the Bay Area looks perfect while having your meal. Good service our waiter was so nice. Hope and pray Connor is your server, he is the best server I have ever had hands down. The service was great, the food was fire (really good) and it didn't take too long for the food to come. I definitely recommend reserving ahead of time it's a popular place. GooglePlace - November 2017

Worst dining experience I have ever had. From the lack of coordination in seating my group to the uncooked food, it was consistently bad and only got worse. My daughter's fish stick was wet....meaning the batter was not fully cooked, nor was the fish. I was so looking forward to the lemon butter sauce on my dish, and the butter had already started to harden by the time it got to me. The scrimp and rice were cold. Over 70% of the dishes delivered to the table were wrong or under-cooked. The dish they remade 3 times to get it right came with a long hair in it and half raw shrimp, at which point we gave up. After 2.5 hours in the restaurant and an hour wait, I left hungry, as did a few others in my party. Very disappointed. Was so looking forward to my visit and completely let down in every aspect.
