Tasty juicy burger and great service from Jose. Love the view of Union Square! GooglePlace - July 2017

Ordered the Le "frog" burger. Asked waitress if soda is included and whether you can substitute salad for fries. Yes to both and no mention of additional charge. When the bill cam, got charged for both??? When we questioned the bill, was initially given only a credit for the soda but not the substitution. Had to ask again and finally got credit for both. IMO, are they trying to gouge me? Not sure, but surely not the way to do business GooglePlace - July 2017

One of those "used to be good" situations. Staff is terrible. Hostess was nowhere to be found. Waitress is aloof; she asked us how everything was and we told her the truth. She just said, "oh," and returned to her normal business. The bus girl was the most useful person here. Food has also taken a few steps down from what it once was. My husband threw up twice in the restroom from it. So sad. Ruining what's otherwise a good trip back home. GooglePlace - July 2017

Had to wait for a table, there were 7 of us, glad we did. Very nice waiter "Kyle" I said it was my nephews 21st bday and he brought out his shake with candles, super nice and we were not expecting that. 2 of us decided to share a burger and he had it brought out already split on 2 plates. Great service and great food! The birthday cake and black and white milk shakes were a hit! GooglePlace - July 2017

For me, the service was too slow, but waitress was apologetic and pleasant. The delivery of my order was disappointing; burger was charred on the outside but not well done on the inside, as I requested. For the beef burger, the flavor was odd and I didn't like the after taste from 2 bites. I was starving too but could not eat it. The petite fries were over cooked since they are so thin. Garnish needs work. The table spacing is very poor, you feel like you're on the next table's lap! For the price, it's a lackluster experience. Nice Union Square view for some, but they're too particular on who gets window seats. I did not enjoy it. However, my Mom liked her $20 salmon burger w jalapeño. In the area, she needed an alternative to beef. I did get some sliced apples for my baby. Nice to have that option! Thus 3 stars instead of 2 for that, but overall, pass. GooglePlace - July 2017
