Sleazy pricing: a 16% "service charge" is added to every purchase. Of course, since the charge is added indiscriminately to every purchase, it's not a service charge; it's just part of the price. The (already high) prices listed on the menu are there to fool you. You are then handed a non-itemized receipt, with no mention of the charge, with a line encouraging you to add a tip. If you hadn't noticed the fine print on the menu where the charge is mentioned, you might be inclined to leave a tip if you are a good person. But you're being swindled. Once you eat your just-okay sandwich or burger, therefore, you may have to join the buskers on Haight just to recoup your losses and think about your life choices. GooglePlace - September 2017

I ordered the tuna melt and it was great. The tuna was seasoned nicely and the bread cooked perfectly. The whole vibe of the restaurant was welcoming and fun. It was a perfect place to eat at while visiting San Francisco GooglePlace - July 2017

It's in the perfect spot for people watching and taking a break from rolling around Haight Street if you're a tourist. But it's way overpriced to the point of Ridiculousness. Best fries I have ever had! The burgers were great. But I got the garlic fries and they were AMAZING! I highly recommend the Garlic fries if you ever come here. It's too bad I live on the other side of the country or I'd come here all the time. GooglePlace - June 2017
