A slightly faded Italian 70/80s feel (in a good way), good coffee, friendly staff and I like how it opens up onto the street on both sides (the photo is looking into Stockton Street, when you can just see the top of the Trans America tower if you look up) GooglePlace - November 2017

Best Tiramisu ever. However be careful to ask for the price tags, we were a little bit surprised after we ordered our food. GooglePlace - October 2017

Some friends of mine and I took a girls trip to California and Cafe Roma is where we got breakfast before taking the wine tour. It was PERFECT! Everything about it, just deliciously perfect. GooglePlace - September 2017

The coffee is amazing. Very smooth taste, strong, no bitter aftertaste. Really like it! GooglePlace - September 2017

This is one of our three or four 'go to' coffee specialty spots in North Beach, and that's saying a lot since coffee is a religion in this part of San Francisco. The mornings there are like a social club, with regulars lining the tables along one wall while four or five cops get their beat started with some java at a table by the pastry cabinet. Tables are both outside and inside and their huge roasting machines are on display for a touch of style (and celebration of the large space they occupy). GooglePlace - September 2017
