The location was nice on the bay and you could see the ships come and go. However, the food was atrocious. It tasted old and it gave me food poisoning so I couldn’t eat for a few days. But the service was good and so were the bread sticks. But other than that don’t eat here the price isn’t worth it and you might get sick. GooglePlace - December 2017

Unfriendly service! My friend who is handicapped was waiting for over ten minutes for a table, we decided to go to the bathroom while waiting and manager screamed at us saying we could only use the restrooms after ordering. We explained situation and he just walked away yelling. Poor behavior. We left to Lou’s which is next door and had no problems. Never again Castagnola! GooglePlace - November 2017

We just stopped in for a cocktail and the bartender acted like we were bothering him. Live music was great, good people watching spot, but wouldn't eat here. Might have stayed longer if the service was better. A second bartender finally helped us, but we had to ask for a second round and we're never offered a food menu. GooglePlace - November 2017

I can barely remember this meal and it was only couple days ago. Cioppino was too salty. The chicken parm was good (big portion). Everything else was kind of meh at best. GooglePlace - October 2017

Unfortunately, this is being generous at one star. I’m not being mean just honest. For the price the food was not good. My fish was average. My wife’s filet mignon was under cooked, potatoes were still hard in the middle. Restaurant was dirty, bathroom was worse. Hate to imagine kitchen. Save your money. GooglePlace - October 2017
