Food is ok, their booking system is a mess. We booked a table last week for today's lunch, They called this morning to tell us due to some private event, our table is canceled. The private event was said booked back in July. Hard to believe a pricy place like this couldn't afford a proper booking system, or maybe they just don't care, as the only thing they can offer now is "sorry". GooglePlace - August 2017

Beautiful venue with scenic views of the Ferry Building and the Bay Bridge. Pan Asian cuisine with some Cantonese, Singaporean and Jiang Nan Chinese dishes. Not bad for a tourist trap, but with a little more work on dish execution and service, it would have a better chance at attracting locals. You're paying for the views so dishes are overpriced. I had chicken and conch soup; gailan Chinese broccoli sautéed with garlic; dim sum sampler; spicy chicken wings with cashews and a pot of chrysanthemum tea (not properly brewed). We tried Crystal Jade because it was conveniently located near where we live. When we looked it up on Yelp, it didn't have amazing reviews so we hesitated a bit but when we actually tried the restaurant, it was as great as it could get: the great view from the patio, friendly staff and very delicious food! Only thing is the food portion was a bit smaller than I hoped for. GooglePlace - July 2017
