I thought I could not get reasonably-priced and tasty Korean food in San Francisco but I found Doobu (sounds like the Korean word Dubu for tofu.) it is a tofu house with simple decor. The good thing is that there is no long wait, they serve multi-grain/brown rice, and the service is very warm. Tasty appetizers as well. I will come again. GooglePlace - February 2018

There are a few choices for bibimbap although I think the price is a bit high. They also have a big selection of tofu soups. Service can be a bit slow or uneven but I find the food tasty. GooglePlace - February 2018

As a korean, I came here reading all the reviews. Most of them are non Koreans so they wouldn’t know actual korean flavor, me and my friends all korean went there, by far the worst korean tofu soup I ever tasted. Literally the tofu had better flavor than the soup. The other side dishes “banchan” were terrible. As a chef and a korean, that “authentic” korean tofu place was horrible. Although if you don’t like real korean food, this place is for you. GooglePlace - December 2017

Really enjoyed this place. Spacious, cozy, good service. Food was fresh and tasted good. Slightly on a pricier side, but dishes come with a bunch of small plates. Tofu mushroom soup was great. Foursquare - November 2017
