Pretty cheap, good dim sum. Primarily Chinese patrons.

This place gets really packed on weekend mornings. It has pretty decent dim sum at good prices. Some things are interesting because it's bigger than normal like the siu mai and hagao. The ladies walk around with carts or trays and you choose what you like. GooglePlace - July 2017
One of our favorite dim sum places. Excellent quality at a great price!GooglePlace - June 2017
My favorite dim sum place in Oakland. It gets really busy from ~11:30 to 1pm but you can get seated quicker if you're willing to share a large table with other diners. The food is good, and the prices are fantastic. The only downside to this place is that it can be difficult to order if you don't speak Cantonese.GooglePlace - May 2017
Pricing, atmosphere, and taste like SoCal dim sum. Everyone understands Mandarin too, unlike SF where some places don't like it when you speak something other than Cantonese.Foursquare - January 2015
Shu mai, Teocheow dumplings (w/ fried peanuts) & rice rolls were surprisingly good. Try the chilled poached chicken- very popular with the OG crowd & comes with a tasty ginger scallion dipping sauce.Foursquare - February 2014
