Sandwiches were nice. Coffee is about on par with most of SF. Prices were reasonable given it's a bit of a tourist trap. GooglePlace - July 2017

It's a nice little breakfast diner to have there. The food was decent and waitress was very nice and her service was helpful. Other than that.... I loved the scenic view through their large windows of the beach on the end cliffs edge of the land shores! Though it was a cloudy morning it was still a sight to admire and make me wanna bring my own company another time. GooglePlace - June 2017

Incredible views without having to spend $70 a plate at the Cliff House a block away! The food is reasonably priced and you can't beat the view! The patty melt burger on rye bread was delicious, fries were meh. Cash only so have some cash on hand. GooglePlace - May 2017
The only reason people eat here is because the ocean views are second only to the Cliff House. The food is mediocre and overpriced. Service is hit or miss. The restaurant is very old and desperately needs updating. Cash only last time I visited. Expect long waits for be seated on weekends and holidays. Lots of tourists mainly. Locals don't bother. If you want to pay this much for food with an ocean view, just go to the Cliff House and RSVP for an ocean view table in advance. I just can't recommend this place, even with its history and views.
