Only good thing about this place is the neon sign inside. I purchase 4 different pastries and they all tasted bland and unimpressive. The filled don't had no taste at all but just coloured pink. Stick to the basics and focus on that Instagrams sign it's all you got going for you. GooglePlace - January 2018
Have to say it’s my best surprise this time for San Francisco. The croissants are so good and I went there twice during my two days staying. The cruffin I tasted is coffee flavoured and it’s so good too. We ended up eating 6 pieces of different things in the morning. It’s my must go in sf now. GooglePlace - January 2018

Well this is well over hyped. Most of all expensive. Yes there’s queue and it’s obviously popular, but I just can get my head around why this place is so successful. The pastries are average to decent but it’s terrible value for money. I mean $3.50 - $4.50 per a piece I spent 30 dollars on like 6 items. I mean I’ve had better for less. The staff do come across as a little arrogant as and did not feel welcome. Service is poor and that’s coming from a uk citizen where service is generally poor. Maybe try and croissant or two but I wouldn’t buy a box. GooglePlace - November 2017

Visiting from Dallas, Texas, I was so excited to try this place because of the amazing reviews and recommendations from friends. Vibe was great, music on point. Unfortunately the young girl behind the counter didn’t vibe well with the shop. She barked at me when I asked what was in one of the pastries...then proceeded to remind me I had already requested that specific pastry and to move on so she could gather the rest of my items. Cashier was nice and made up for the others poor ass attitude. Luckily my bf was instagramming the shop so we caught the entire thing on video. This is obviously and local hot spot, with many tourists. So I’d highly recommend better customer service. I did absolutely nothing to be treated so poorly, I will not be returning on my next trip to SF. GooglePlace - October 2017

BEST CROISSANTS EVER!!!! They have so many varieties and they change all the time! It gets packed but the line goes by quickly. Both the bacon and squash quiches are hella tasty!! Minus one star because they charge $10 for completely utterly repulsive "coffee". If you like coffee at all, don't torture yourself by purchasing one here. GooglePlace - September 2017
