The BEST bakery in the world! I couldn't expect such amazing pastries. I really enjoyed and visited twice in the end of my visit in SF. Don't skip and make sure to bring a passenger to buy the pastries while you're waiting outside. Parking isn't easy.... GooglePlace - September 2017

The pastries are incredible. The area its located in, isn't great. I walked there from the near union square and definitely wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy navigating through streets filled with homeless junkies, getting heckled and followed. Take a cab if you're heading there from the other end of the Tenderloin area. Worth it for the pastries though! GooglePlace - September 2017

The food was great and the queue was long(45min). I give it 2 stars because the staff allowed a homeless person to stay in the bakery splurging on croissants- he smelled terribly and made the small shop unbearable to be in. Don't get me wrong, I believe shops should help people in need from the neighborhood and I would applaude if they would give breakfast for free, but it's unacceptable that they allow someone to hang around - people queue for hours to get in and order a croissant that costs 4$- this ruined the experience and the quality I would expect from such a place. Absolutely delicious. I tried the bacon and blue cheese, cherry, and churro croissants. They were all delicious. You will have to wait in line. GooglePlace - August 2017

The pastries are great - good layers in the croissants and a very unique savoury croissant (the California croissant) is a must try. A rotating menu for the doughnuts and cruffins so you could check on their social media for the flavours of the day. You'll probably have to line up but it's okay, it's a quick line since it's a small space and there's not really any seating (except fora a couple of stacked milk crates). Only thing that isn't so great is the customer service. GooglePlace - August 2017
