It's a trek, but it's also a straight shot down the L. It's worth it. The food is phenomenal, my buddy and I split a beef pancake, lamb meatball clay pot (which is like a soup), lamb dumplings, sesame noodles, and a chicken dish that loosely translates to "so spicy you'll die". It was all phenomenal. Especially that last one. If you like heat, you can't go wrong ordering it. That said, the lamb is very gamey. I happen to enjoy that, but if you don't, maybe stick with beef and chicken (though I'd strongly recommend trying at least one lamb dish). Would also like to make a special mention of the service. It's ridiculously good. The servers were incredibly attentive, and would show up with exactly what we needed before we asked. My roommate dropped his chopsticks and had a new pair before he picked them up. I was sweating bullets because I was dying, and was pretty much immediately handed a stack of napkins. The food here isn't going to be like what most people think of when they think Chinese food, but it's absolutely one of the best Chinese food restaurants I've been to in SF.

If i could give zero stars, I would. First of all the service was really really poor. We asked for a bigger table and they denied it. Plus the food wasn't that great. I don't know how this restaurant got 4.4/5 stars, maybe they write their own reviews.
Note: they will try to make u order more food. Don't fall into the trap.
