Portion sizes are enormous. One entrée will be good enough to split and maybe an appetizer if you're starving. Seriously. You were warned. Foursquare - August 2017

Been to the sunset location and the irving one. Good thing is the food is good. The pricing seems on the pricier side, but I think that is normal for SF. For some reason customer service seems to be lacking in a lot of casual restaurants in the city. GooglePlace - August 2017

Went in for a late night meal around midnight. Sign said it closed at 1 am. Was met with ambiguity in whether I would be served in house or not. If you say you're open until 1 am, you're open until 1 am regardless. Ordered two half orders of spaghetti to go as a last resort. Not two blocks away from the store, the flimsy paper bag broke because the sauce from the pasta started leaking and because the heat of the containers was unbearable to hold. Complete fault on the business for such poor transport material for "to go." Went back and explained the situation to the restaurant and was met with a patronizing, condescending, and superfluous talk on how to hold a bag. Was still given spaghetti to replace my loss. This time the utmost care was taken to handle the bag and the sauce started leaking again from the aluminum foil plastic covered bowls. It leaked over all my clothes and was completely unacceptable on the restaurant for using materials that wouldn't hold and get hot very easily. Ignoring all these and finally eating the pasta, it was very poor. Watery sauce that left soury after taste in your mouth. Noodles slightly undercooked. Not worth the hassle at all. This could have all been avoided if I was allowed to eat in house as I had assumed based on store hours. This is a very niche experience, and their pizza might be great, but from this experience alone, I will never be coming back here or recommending it to friends. It's how a restaurant handles difficult situations like this that can determine their worth and this place has performed terribly. GooglePlace - July 2017

Really great pizza. Why I gave 4 stars is just because I think they would work more on the garlic bread. It has a wierd taste to it. But then maybe that's just my taste buds. But would recommend it for sure. GooglePlace - June 2017
