My favorite diner in the city. Open 24 hours a day since the 60s. A great place to have breakfast for dinner. The chicken fried steak and eggs ruled my thoughts for quite a while among other great comfort dishes. GooglePlace - September 2017

This little eatery is a great place to pop in for breakfast or tea. The staff is agreeable and the food is prepared fresh. This was only my third time to go and I am sure to visit again. GooglePlace - September 2017

Food is very good. Nice clean diner. Not fancy. Prices a little high but of course this IS Cali. Had the Scrambled eggs sausage link hash browns coffee, $18..In Texas between $7-$10. GooglePlace - September 2017

I'm very confused by the line that exists every morning for this place. It took about 40 minutes to get a table. The staff wasn't exactly rude, but they are so busy they don't have time to be polite or do anything more than take your order and drop it off. Food is mediocre and nothing to brag about. We didn't have some horrible experience; however, there is not a single reason I would ever consider returning. My advice... skip the line and go somewhere else. Jack-in-the-box, across the street, would probably be a more satisfying option. GooglePlace - August 2017

Perfect place to eat if you come into town late at night because it's open 24/7. At 9:45pm on a Thursday night, we had to wait approx 20 min to get seated. It's a fairly small restaurant and it was completely full and VERY busy. Service was good, prices a little high, clam chowder was 3/5 stars. They serve wine and beer. GooglePlace - July 2017
