We offer one of the largest selections of hard-to-find German beer in the Bay Area, as well as a great selection of wine. Our restaurant is perfect for large and small parties, and we serve a great brunch.

Can't go wrong with their tasty käsespätzle and lachs. Comfort foods. GooglePlace - January 2018

Incredibly good German food. The menu is pricey, which is the only reason keeping this from a 5 star review, but the types of food and quality are top notch. Beer selection is pretty good as well. Get the boar sausage. For real. GooglePlace - November 2017

Great selection of German beers and their German food (sausages etc.) is pretty good too. Friendly staff, and I like their large communal tables in the center. Also a great option for brunch as there rarely ever seems to be a wait. GooglePlace - November 2017

This is my second review--ever . You know how you watch a film and you want it to be good but it sucks . That was our experience with this--the fifth best German restaurant in the Bay Area . I debated whether I should write about how disappointing it all was--especially the "service", but then I realized that since the servers clearly didn't care, there is no way a negative review would bother them . Clearly the beer is their priority , but for that we could stay in our own neighborhood in Sonoma county , and not drive for 90 minutes . We lived in Germany for two years and this was not remotely a representative example of what German food can be like . We'll certainly warn away any friends, but we suspect that won't matter one bit to the folks "manning" this place . GooglePlace - November 2017

Great selection of sausages. But the Wiener Schnitzel was dry. It was like eating fried cardboard. GooglePlace - September 2017
