Came here for the special of the month, chicken lettuce wraps. Not bad Soup plantation, I was pretty impressed! They also had a Bulgari pizza which was meh, but all in all, can't really go wrong with soup plantation. Salad bar was fresh, and soups are delicious! GooglePlace - June 2017

A bright spot in a challenging neighborhood, Split Pea Seduction serves a light counter service menu with delicious, fresh, unique offerings. I had a squash salad (green salad with butternut squash, fried sage, and golden raisins with a lemon vinaigrette) and it was scrumptious. Generous portion sizes as well! GooglePlace - May 2017

Tasty, creative soups and sandwiches. They have specials changing daily including flatbreads with various toppings for something less than a sandwich but more interesting to accompany your soup than a plain slice of bread. Quick and friendly take-out service and prices are about par for the course for the area. No space for seating inside or out (not that you'd want to sit outside on 6th St) but there are parks nearby. I was there for one of their soft openings and I want to say, WELCOME to Russian Hill! I came for their lunch and the services and food was excellent. I been to the one in FIDI as well as SOMA but this is my favorite. The menu will be a little different from other Splits. All 3 services will be serving different menus and that's totally awesome. More varieties the better. I got their signature chicken sandwich, "The Hickory". The bread was not soggy, the chicken was crispy and not overcooked. The slaw inside was a great compliment to the Hickory. With any sandwich or burgers, you must order a side of fries. So yummy! My friend had the chicken cobb salad and he said it was great and loved the way they cut the avocados. Also, must get their warm brownie with ice cream. It's delicious! To order, fill out a card and when you're done ordering, it becomes your table number. Self serve water, condiments near the water stand and utensil will be on the tables. Interior is bright and modern with open kitchen. So excited to have Split in the Hill. GooglePlace - December 2016
