This is a Yuppie fantasy. Tall ceilings, big windows and lots of natural light. Any seat is more or less optimal. They are also a bread factory so you get to see them baking away while you eat. Small breakfast plates designed to please the tongue. I had the Emerson oats with yams, ricotta and hazelnuts. The combination was savoury and sweet and dare I say nutritious? I even asked for a little almond milk on the side. Next up I tried the bread pudding. I have to say that this was hands down the BEST bread pudding I’ve ever tried - it had bread, it had eggy texture, it had chocolate and it had bananas. I say get it as your main with a cup of coffee and you’ve got an inexpensive way to enjoy what seems like a pricey dining experience. GooglePlace - March 2018

Yum!! Found the place by walking around and man is it awesome! It was afternoon on a weekday and the place was full. I had their signature cupcake which was heaven! Then as I was trying to lose weight I had a Teacake for later, but I ate it there. Beautiful space, friendly staff and the smells of fresh bread and pastries, combined with the smell of high end coffee being ground was intoxicating. Mixed friendly crowd too. I felt welcome and not at all not hip enough:) GooglePlace - March 2018

The bread. The bread. Did I mention the bread? Perfect crust baked perfectly. The ham and cheese croissant is buttery and delicious. Oh, the morning buns! So delicious. Great coffees too. In fact, I better go there tomorrow. Now I have a craving. GooglePlace - March 2018

Dinner is okay-on the pricier side for the amount of food. Weird that spreads don't come with bread. Menu changes daily but if there's crispy sunchokes on the menu, get it! Foursquare - February 2018

Really cool atmosphere, would be great for groups of four. Food was great but the portions were pretty small. Didn't like the mackerel that much though. Huge wine list. They have a small bar section, good for waiting. We didn't need a reservation on a Thursday night, seated in 15 minutes. GooglePlace - February 2018
