With that spectacular view, honestly I had pretty low expectations for everything else. I was pleasantly surprised by great food, a very responsive and friendly staff, and quick seating without a reservation on a Friday night. All good. A fun place to go for a special occasion. Be aware that making a reservation here means NOTHING. We reserved a table online, arrived on time, and walked into utter chaos. After waiting in a very chaotic line (we were literally mashed up against tables where people were dining and dodging servers) for 20 minutes just for the chance to speak with the host, we were told it was an hour and a half wait. I don't understand why they allow people to make reservations if they're totally useless. GooglePlace - July 2017

We were initially told that the wait was 25 minutes. After about an hour we asked what was going and we were talked to in a dismissive way. A family of four commented that they were waiting for "only" 35 minutes when we notified them that we've been waiting for over an hour. When the family was chosen to dine ahead of us, we asked for the reason. The employee insisted that they were waiting for over an hour, when they clearly had told us that they haven't waited as long as we have. We waited for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes until we got fed up and left because they informed us there was only 1 more group ahead but three groups have gone beforehand (including a couple of women who came after us). The wait would not have been that stressful, if the employees actually looked like they cared. When we returned the buzzer, the employee did not even look up or apologize. The wait sometimes cannot be controlled, which we would've tried to understand if they were at least respectful. GooglePlace - July 2017

Good restaurant with great food. The location was terrific being able to look out on the bay and on a clear day, see the Golden Gate Bridge. The pricing was high, but to be expected with the location. I would highly recommend it. GooglePlace - July 2017

Menu was a bit overwhelming and over priced (though I'm aware most places on the Pier are). Calamari was way over seasoned and sent back. I ordered the seafood fettuccine and my husband got a steak. My food was okay at best. My husband's steak was good but in a seafood place I expect the seafood to shine over all else. Service was good. GooglePlace - June 2017
