This is a Chinese restaurant where they bring a pot of broth of your choice, place it on a hot plate at your table, then bring you items you chose to cook in the broth. It is all-you-can-eat. There are other restaurants like this in the city, but this has one of the biggest selection of items to cook. This place is expensive but worth the money if you bring an appitite and plan on staying for a long meal. It is a great place to hang out with friends or family - not necessarily a romantic atmosphere. The first time there is a little confusing, but the people are nice, helpful and patient. It is very popular so you may want to call ahead to see if there is a wait. GooglePlace - August 2017

Smells like bleach here. Not sure if that is good or bad... Busy on a foggy Saturday evening... GooglePlace - August 2017

Absolutely incredible food, a wide variety of flavors and options from meat lovers, fish lovers, vegetarians and vegans. Great for large groups. You won't be disappointed. GooglePlace - June 2017

Really good. Friendly service. Superlatives: broths (clear, pork bone coconut were excellent- fire spicy is a layer of chili oil and dried chili which was a little too much )...dumplings, greens and meat/fish balls. Stuffed tofu skins were yummy also. The regular meat is ok. We prefer everything but the meat usually. GooglePlace - February 2017

We love this place. Probably because it's all you can eat. It's packed but we always get a table within 30 minutes. The fire spicy broth is delicious. GooglePlace - January 2017
