Tips from the Net @ Tony's Coal-Fired Pizza & Slice House
Some of the best pizza in SF, perhaps the world. Tony is the world pizza champion and it shows. Great NY slices from Slice House and authentic Italian style pies from Tony's. Don't miss the Margherita.GooglePlace - June 2017
A walk-in and order at counter with whole or slice already made. Point to what you like and pay while they warm it up for you. Seating is limited to a family booth inside, but you can sit at parklet or few tables out front. Quick-service pizzeria for those on-the-go without that much of wait time.GooglePlace - June 2017

The New Yorker is a disgrace to its name.
The crust is thick, lacks any useful amount of charring, and reminds me more of Domino's than even the shittiest of dollar slices.
On top of that is a nearly nonexistent layer of totally unremarkable sauce, followed by a thick and dense layer of cheese with no stretch or springiness.
Two slices cost me an astonishing 10 dollars.
Californians may be forgiven for the sin of mistaking this for good pizza. Any New Yorker who does so desperately needs a trip to the motherland, where 5 dollars buys one, if not two with change left over, slices from any of the original pizza houses.GooglePlace - May 2017
So freakin' DELICIOUS!!! Had the New Yorker, and honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. Each individual ingredient is delicious unto itself, but combined on a perfect crust, they elevate each other to the superb!GooglePlace - May 2017
Have eaten here several times. Every time has been delicious!! Love their pizza. I don't feel like the prices are overpriced for where and what it is. Seating is very limited. But there is a park across the street that is good to sit down in. Restaurant is always clean. Average wait time for whole pies.GooglePlace - April 2017
Came here with high expectations. Unfortunately pizza was cold when we got it and instead of a big one, they gave me a small one. For 20$!!! Price not fair at all for take awayFoursquare - April 2017
