We have been going here for years. Service has always been adequate to poor. But the food is cheap and it's close to our home. But we have stopped going after the worst customer service. Their take out service has taken over the restaurant. The staff is so busy preparing all of that that they ignore customers in house. You have to go get them because they never che k on your table and they forget to bring you your food. The last straw was what the waitresses came to our table after we were waiting for my daughter's food and she had a phone to her ear taking a phone order. She never talked to us and left before we could ask her for something and never came back. We are finding new places to get our sushi from now. GooglePlace - November 2017

Got a stomach ache after eating the food. Poor service. Late on delivery. Missed an item in my order, refunded me with an attitude, then they called back on my personal phone number after to harass me and question me about the refund for the item they forgot! Terrible way to treat your ongoing customer! I've been supporting your business for years! Not any longer! GooglePlace - October 2017

I am Japanese. So I have to say upfront my standards are high. I live 5 minutes away so I on occasion I will overlook the fact that this restaurant is run by Chinese just for the convince and like most say, their price points are very reasonable. However, over the years the quality and consistency has decreased. Sometimes the rice is wet and soggy. Sometimes it's under cooked with a crunch in the middle. Now they have a staging area in the middle of the place for delivery/takeout. The cuts of the fish is amateurish and flavor of the other dishes are just overall mediocre. After my last experience, I've decided that I'll save myself from the disappointment and cook myself. GooglePlace - October 2017

I ordered sushi for take-out. It's convenient because it's so close to where I live, but it's mediocre sushi for decent prices. The fish and rice was dry, and the ramen was, like, low quality, and missing many typical Japanese ingredients. The tempura was good, but it came with a vinegar-based sauce rather than a traditional oyster sauce. Don't expect world class sushi, but also it's cheap if you're craving. GooglePlace - September 2017
