Tips from the Net @ Duke's Chowder House

Oh man... I have had New England clam chowder... in New England. Duke's is doing it right. They might need to rename this chowder because Duke's clam chowder is what new england clam chowder wants to be when it grows up. We sat outside and watched the sea planes land and the sun set behind the space needle. Great dining experience, all around. I ordered the "triple dinghy" so I also got to sample the chicken corn chowder and the seafood chowder. All three were crazy delicious! GooglePlace - September 2017

Duke's hands down has some of the best chowder I've ever are. You can tell that each dish on the menu is very thoughtout and well paired from the variety I've tried so far. I would say it's a great place for a date night and or with a group of family and friends. The TVs and audio are a great bonus if you make a trip there for a game or at least want to keep track of one while at dinner. I give Duke's a five star rating for this reason and certainly think it's a great value that will bring me back again. GooglePlace - September 2017

It was a little tricky to find. You have to walk a little ways from the parking lot towards the water and then it was in the corner. The seaplanes made it a little loud out on the deck but the view was nice. Great food and good service. The rosemary bread was sooo delicious. Good on a sandwich but I wish they served it on it's own! I didn't have any chowder but others in my group declared them "the best." GooglePlace - August 2017

We're delighted to have come across Duke's on our stop. Totally recommend for the seafood and chowder lover. And the crab cakes were fantastic. Staff friendly and efficient. Prices are what you would expect but the quality is higher than what you may expect. Enjoy GooglePlace - August 2017
