The crepes are good and a large portion, and they have a nice wide selection of drinks from bubble tea to wine. It’s a good place to relax and eat, but not to have a coffee and work due to very spotty WiFi. It does seem slightly on the expensive side. The other drawback is that during peak times it can be very slow to get your drink. Overall though it is a nice, cozy spot to have a break. Would give 3.5 or 3.75 * if I could.

Love the crepes here. Tried both the savoury and sweet ones and enjoyed the experience. Quality of the coffee was a little of a let down though. Ambience also great with that old rustic feel to it. Would recommend.

Such a disappointment!!! I used to come here for their crepes and coffee. Today I order my usual strawberry crepe and my white Mocha, I ask to have my coffee with light sweet and to be extra hot. I did not get my coffee how I specifically ask for instead it was cold and extra sweet. They need to get their orders correct and also change their way of communicating between coworkers.. Having the cashier yell out the orders is not an efficient way when there is a line and other customers grabbing the cashiers attention to get them forks for instance. It gets customers bother by not paying attention to them.

Honestly I wish I could rate them higher. The food is really good and the decor is gorgeous, but it's always a hot mess in there. Every time I've been there they've messed up my order, the wait times are longer than they should be because the people working never seem to know who's doing what or they're just standing in the back talking and totally ignoring the line of customers. The boba is amazing, but it's not available for the first 3 hours at least. Food is delicious, even if it's messed up.

The jewel box has become the place to get coffee for me. The selection of food and drinks is very large and everything I’ve had there has been very good to delicious. Staff is very friendly, even during rushes. The decor is actually the best I’ve seen in a cafe in years, a fusion of industrial notes mixed with Victorian era lounge furniture and locally sourced art which is switched every month or so and is even for sale if you see a piece you like.
The space can feel somewhat cramped and traffic flow can suffer because of that, which is the main improvement I would suggest to the owners but solid 4/5 stars from me.
