So many different flavors of ginger beer! The caramelized pineapple is incredible. I could drink the Xtra all day every day. Foursquare - April 2017

This was a surprise find a year ago and we are huge fans. Great selection of ginger beers and mixed drinks. Fun atmosphere right off the market. GooglePlace - April 2017

Came here on a whim because my friends and I saw "Moscow Mules" and thought an afternoon drink wouldn't be so bad. Came in and was confused at first because it wasn't a bar and then I found out they served ginger beer. What?! A whole store dedicated to ginger beer?! Yes please!! ^^ Well I walked up to the front and the employee who helped me was super friendly and gave me a small sample of what they have on tap. The original ginger beer was okay, the caramelized pineapple was a little better, and the guava was out of this world. The guava was sweet, then a bite came in, and then at the end it was sweet. Had to have a Moscow Mule with guava; best choice ever!! The guava turned my drink into one of those drinks where you cannot taste the alcohol so in the end you'll drink 20 and never knew what hit you. Sooooooo delicious. It was also around $8, which was more than reasonable. I would have stayed longer but this place was packed and didn't want to take away the lovely experience with other patrons. Rachel's Ginger Beer was a great find as I adventure through Seattle and what was great was I didn't feel guilty drinking at 11am. ^___^ GooglePlace - March 2017

Rachel's is an incredibly good, incredibly strong, location ginger beer, and here you get to try just about every flavor they make. Oh, did Inetion they serve alcohol? So go get your Moscow or Kentucky mule on and support the locals. GooglePlace - February 2017

Love this ginger beer. Even better with whiskey or tequila! Got the El Diablo which was great. It was hard to taste the tequila considering the ginger is so delicious, but afterward I could tell it was definitely spiked just right. I preferred my friends choice of a whisky drink...something mule, made with a more citrus tasting ginger beer. Nice little stop on a market run. Take a growler home for the whole family!
