Loved this hotel and the location. Walking distance from the train station and old town. Rooms are big and comfortable. Cheaper than expected. GooglePlace - August 2017

Cons: Dilapidated accommodations. Broken light fixture in bathroom. Broken toilet paper holder. Tub would don't drain without service. Speaker controller broken/missing. No bathroom fan. Bathroom layout abysmal. No shelving for one's personal effects in the living quarters. No refrigerator or optional ice bucket. Grounds did not offer outdoor common space. No optional balcony or terrace. No pool or pool area. No outdoor sitting area of any kind. Busy road. Hard bed Unclean bathroom Very poor lighting in main room Expensive accommodations Expensive restaurant with limited menu Overnight parking for a rental car is $50 USD per night! Not a comfortable stay. Issues with climate control settings Pros: Convenient location Polite staff GooglePlace - July 2017

Surely one of the top three hotels in Stockholm. Located on an excellent spot in the heart of the city. The services provided are 5 star standard with a little extra effort to make your stay memorable. GooglePlace - July 2017

Hotel is located in the heart of Stockholm and provides an excellent base for sight seeing. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Breakfast buffet is well stocked with varied foods. Staff are super helpful and friendly. We stayed over a holiday weekend and it was busy, as you'd expect to from any large hotel chain. GooglePlace - July 2017

The bar in the lobby is nice as it is open pretty late, when other places around were closed. It's not too expensive but obviously there are cheaper local bars. However, it's a good place to grab a drink if you're in the area late. GooglePlace - June 2017
