Tips from the Net @ Sushi Sho

Sushi Sho is definitely the best Michelin-starred sushi place in the Nordics. Each dish is carefully prepared. The flavors and the presentation are incredible. It's not expensive for a restaurant with a Michelin star but it's not cheap when you compare to a regular sushi place. However the experience is amazing. If you want a seat, you'll have to book it way ahead of time. GooglePlace - October 2017

Many good things about this place, fish very fresh and rise cooked to perfection. Some surprising Scandinavian fish choices. The place is certainly Tokyo inspired, but a Japanese from Tokyo would never mistake it for a Tokyo style place, according to my wife who lived in Tokyo for 50 years and have owned a ouple of gourmet restaurants in Tokyo. She missed that there were no fresh vegetables which would be mandatory in a Tokyo place like this. GooglePlace - October 2017

Tremendous food, presentation, and service. Small, cozy setting, with engaging staff carefully explaining each piece as it served, every diner in the restaurant experiencing the same food in the same order. The optional sake pairing is a nice choice, and you learn a great deal about differences in sake along the way. GooglePlace - October 2017

Need to book a bit in advance (we were lucky to get a place the same week). One menu for all guests, a great and memorable experience. Pricey, but not expensive for a Michelin star restaurant. Foursquare - August 2017

Great omakase-style set menu with sushi and interesting small dishes. "Best sushi in Europe", as others have claimed? Probably not. However, a great place for the sushi aficionado interested in Scandinavian style sushi GooglePlace - August 2017
