The patio makes up for the kind of "meh" nachos I ordered. Maybe better options on the menu because they serve up Irish pub food. Nice, attentive server. Will definitely be back. GooglePlace - July 2017

Wonderful patio over the water with a view of Downtown Vancouver. Unfortunately service was slow. Food took a long time to arrive but was very tasty GooglePlace - June 2017

Only been here on A Sunday....6 dollar Irish can't get better than that... Ive had there food and have been pleasantly surprised.. I have heard people complain about portion size... Hear this....the food tastes great...if your a pig go somewhere else and get the plentiful crappy tasting food...however if your a FOODIE...enjoy Mahony & Sons... oh yah try the muscles they are awesome.. I have some Irish friends recently from Ireland and this is their go to place. They say it's very Modern Irish.. So if you want a little piece of Ireland then get your butt down here. A fun gastro pub with an amazing patio and good views. It overlooks false creek, so you get a great view of the water and the Vancouver cityscape. They have an excellent selection of beer and spirits. Wine selection is good. Food is generally good and served relatively quickly. It takes from full entrees to pub favorites. Servers are great and they have clean washrooms. Parking is valet or limited street parking, or a small hike in from the paid lot earlier up the street. GooglePlace - June 2017

The view from the patio is the only thing keeping this tourist trap running. The beer selection is probably the worst to be found in a 30 block radius, the waitstaff doesn't exactly seem to be too intelligent and will just stare at you with a confused look as you're waiting to be seated or served at the bar. Don't bother going for lunch hour, they took nearly 45 minutes to heat up a frozen chicken burger. GooglePlace - June 2017
