Don't come here in the afternoon during their kitchen down time. I had the worst latte and mocha. My mom's mocha had large sludges of chocolate sauce on the bottom and the latte had no coffee taste. You can see there was a sad attempt at latte art.. I could do better. The cup was approximately only 6oz for $6. The pizza was disappointing too, it came cold and lop-sided, too small and lacked any flavor or ingredients for $17. GooglePlace - June 2017

My recent brunch experience was a total disappointment, limited menu, inexperienced staff, food arrived was either pre-cooked or left over from breakfast. The servers obviously are part timers, not well trained and kept hurrying off the dishes away before we finished until we got mad. Paying a 5 star restaurant prices for a 1 star local fast food joint quality of food, what a drag ! Hope the managers revamped the so called weekend brunches, giving the guests a better place to dine while visiting Vancouver and staying at 5 star Shangri La GooglePlace - April 2017

Great food but you are paying for it. Had the parsnip soup then a beef short ribs. The service was awesome! This restaurant is high end. The washrooms are really nice. They have coat check and a bar in the front where you can wait for your party. The view is really nice. GooglePlace - February 2017

I have been here a few times, it never disappoints. They serve a relatively small menu but each plates are delicately made. It won't be a big portion like other places but you can see the chef's attempts to craft a dish that challenge all the tastes in your taste buds. Maybe it's a busy night, I find the service a bit on the slow side. However, given the previous experience with this restaurant, it's a relaxing night. GooglePlace - January 2017
