Food is always very good especially their hand made noodles. It's a casual place and service is friendly and fast. Love the Curry Beef with Rice and it had broccoli. If you like Xiao long Bao order some. They are steamed and are served hot. I took my friends here and they all enjoyed the food. GooglePlace - March 2018

I like the noodles and dumplings here. Freshly made and very authentic. Very reasonably priced. My go to place whenever I have blade sheared noodles craving. GooglePlace - February 2018

So, here's the thing: lots of reviews, very uneven outcome. I think it's to do with who's working when you walk in. Sometimes the food is sublime; hot, greasy in a good way, plenty of variety in the ingredients - an all round winner. And the service can be polite, careful, attentive but not overly so. You know, a really sweet little dining experience, Other times, OMG! The wait staff practically snarl or are grumpy! What a shame! Maybe they're just not getting paid enough? Whatever! And the food can be so so-so sometimes. Not hot. Skimpy portions. Condiments missing from yr table. What's going on at the Shaolin?!? Well, I think it depends on who's on shift. Some cooks are cooking with at least mindfulness if not love. And some waitstaff are the loveliest young people ever! So, if you go, make a note of day & time and review. Then, we can all see who's doing what! Meanwhile, allow me to start. We went for lunch at 11:45 pm on Sunday, Jan. 28. A great time was had by all! Delicious hot, veggie dragging noodles. Great steamed veggie dumplings. Full hot sauce condiments and vinegar on the clean ( relatively speaking ) table. And a cooperative waiter who may have preferred playing video games but was good enough. GooglePlace - January 2018

We were the only two people in the place, and kept us waiting at our table for 30 mins while they ate their lunch.. Which is fine, busy restaurant workers need to stop for lunch too. But they didn't tell us or anything... Just kept us waiting. Food was cold when it arrived while staff watched really loud and obnoxious videos on their phone while we ate. Never came back to find out how our food was. As they were too busy on their cell phones. Never going back GooglePlace - January 2018
