People spend most of their time at work. When it's over, they deserve a pint of fresh, delicious beer (or craft cocktail) and a good meal in a place they can feel at home. A place where the staff have personality, know their stuff, and care about making the whole experience fun for all. That's what Steel Toad is.

Had a great experience here for brunch Ordered caesars and they brought over a fun drink cart and let us choose the alcohol + garnish we each wanted before making the drinks right at our table. Pretty cool. Had the chicken and waffles to eat. Really good. GooglePlace - December 2017

Walked by the place several times and always dead... now I know why. Went for a friend's birthday on Saturday. Waitress was unprofessional and didn't even know the menu very well. I ordered one of their beer cocktails but only got the beer. Then she saw some friends and while my friend was paying with her machine, she runs off to greet them instead. Asked if she could make a change to the bill and she told me she needed to ask the manager and it'll be a wait and made excuses not to. The beer and atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. Lots of drink selections. Maybe we just had a bad waitress but it definitely deters me from coming back ever again. There are other places around the area who will treat their patrons with respect. Don't know why this place is so underrated. The service was super friendly though it was rush hour on a Friday night, and the building itself is worth spending an evening here. The beers are fantastic too. We didn't try the food though. I'll definitely come back! GooglePlace - November 2017

Their beer is their one saving grace! Ambiance is okay, good for large groups, but it's pretty boring and just a spiced up sports bar. The food is okay, but bad when you take into account the price. With a pizza called "pig and fig" I was really excited, but the balance of salty and sweet was just super weird and the arugula was dried to a crisp. Would skip if possible. I went to a private event and all I can say is that the place is big, there is parking behind by the alley and right across it. So it'S very close and convenient. There are a few spots also right by the back doors, all pay parking. About the bigger parking lot behind and depending on what time you get there it could be $12 for the afternoon 'till closing time which is 10:30pm for the parking lot. Or $4 after 6pm to 10:30pm. If your car stays locked you can call the security company and they will come and open for a fee. As for the Pub I can't talk about the food because it was a private event. But everything was great. Especially the baby pork ribs. I know there is pizza for sure. They brew their own beer obviously and made some special cocktails I was told. There are 2 floors and 2 bars. There is Patio. Definitely a nice place to go. I would dress up a bit to go with the place. And I know there is life music sometimes. GooglePlace - June 2017
