This is more of a 2.5- average rating (if only half points vould be given). The service was more inattentive than our table would have liked. We wanted to reorder drinks a few times but only were able to do it once. The food also sounds better than it actually is. The homemade chips tasted like burnt potatoes and the seasoning seemed to be paprika only as nothing stood out. I had a short rib main. It was nicely prepared, just very, very salty. And would have been better with classic mashed potatoes over onion rings. Nothing special or unique here other than the actual building. Which isn't quite enough in a neighbourhood of middling gastropubs. GooglePlace - September 2017

A beer, yes, food no. Would like to be a regular here as the decor is cool and there's a nice ambiance, but the food on Friday nights is inconsistent and below average taste/flavour for a Vancouver brew pub. Have tried the burger, the tacos, pizza, the caesar salad with dry chicken, and the goat cheese beet salad. When friends want to go there, I stick with the goat cheese beet salad, but even it has been a hit and miss experience lately. The servers are friendly and only a few times the service has been slow. Music selection is fun, but wish it wasn't so loud. I know chefs/cooks work hard so I hope the management helps them out somehow to improve the food. Update: August 18, 2017...our group of 10 had a reservation for 9 p.m. to celebrate a birthday. A big heartfelt thank you to the friendly staff who took care of us and to the DJ who paused the music for our out of tune birthday song. The Pig and Fig pizza has been consistent and is one of the better items on the menu. GooglePlace - August 2017

A group of us had a long day walking around in the hot sun, and I must admit I wasn't terribly happy when the men in our group had suggested this place to eat, as I thought it would be your typical mediocre pub fare. I was pleasantly surprised as I ordered some calamari and shared a chicken burger with a friend. They were both quite delicious, and the chicken quite flavourful. The service was a bit slow, but the server was attentive. All in all had a great experience. GooglePlace - July 2017

I went to a private event and all I can say is that the place is big, there is parking behind by the alley and right across it. So it'S very close and convenient. There are a few spots also right by the back doors, all pay parking. About the bigger parking lot behind and depending on what time you get there it could be $12 for the afternoon 'till closing time which is 10:30pm for the parking lot. Or $4 after 6pm to 10:30pm. If your car stays locked you can call the security company and they will come and open for a fee. As for the Pub I can't talk about the food because it was a private event. But everything was great. Especially the baby pork ribs. I know there is pizza for sure. They brew their own beer obviously and made some special cocktails I was told. There are 2 floors and 2 bars. There is Patio. Definitely a nice place to go. I would dress up a bit to go with the place. And I know there is life music sometimes. GooglePlace - June 2017

Great environment to taste freshly brewed tap beer. We sat at the bar since we did not make reservations but the bartenders were super nice and gave us free samples to taste different flavours. We ordered fish and chips to go with our lagers. The bartender gave us some vinegar without our request and when I requested honey mustard sauce, he personally made it for us since they normally didn't have it. Awesome service, food and overall just a great place to chill on a Friday evening! Will definitely be back! GooglePlace - May 2017
