I use to come to this restaurant all the time back in early 2000's, and the service and management was excellent. I've been there a few times in recent years and was there last week. I must say the service is poor and the waiters are rude. They don't care about leaving you sitting there with no service, we waited 15 minutes for someone to even come take our drink order. When I asked to see the manager, I was told he wasn't available. Is there even a manager here anymore? The place is poorly managed and the food is terrible. I ordered the steak and it tasted like something I could of ordered at the pub and it wasn't even medium rare like I asked for. I think they need to get new management in the top of Vancouver before I will be returning there. Poor service and poor management, will not be recommending this place to anyone EVER again. Hands down, my favourite restaurant in Vancouver. Lived here all my life, been to plenty of restaurants and I have yet to encounter a restaurant that matches up to the Revolving Restaurant. Phenomenal food, great service, fair prices considering the experience, AMAZING views... 100% recommend. You not only get a meal, you get an experience that you will remember for the rest of your life. Buy wine while you're here, because they have a vast selection and very knowledgeable servers. The prices are higher than normal restaurants, but worth it. It's nothing drastic. We got a large steak dinner, salmon dinner, stuffed mushrooms appetizer, tiramisu and a middle range bottle of wine. After tax and tip, it came to $275 CAD. It's not bad considering the quality of the food, the top-notch service and the spectacular views. LIFE PRO TIP: Book your reservation about 45 minutes to 1 hour before sunset. You can Google what time sunset is. GooglePlace - July 2017

Breathtaking 360 Degree view I've ever seen in Vancity! Have been here more than 5x. Pricey dishes, but worth the spectacular view. BBQ pork ribs, lobsters, steaks were good, but pretty small portion for the entree prices. The last time, the braised lamb shank I've ordered was delicious, but needed more sauce. The desserts were great, but some were too sweet. Actually I am not a sweet tooth. Excellent service and ambience. GooglePlace - May 2017

Food and drink are good. Service is good+. But no one comes here for the service. I'm not sure why some reviewers complain about the price being a bit high (which it is) since this is a revolving restaurant with five star views, particularly around sunset. Highly recommended for visitors (welcome to Vancouver!) or locals hosting visitors. Seriously, we'll worth the high price when one considers the view. GooglePlace - April 2017

It start really well as all 10 people tonight had the first time experience to eat at this restaurant. The menu was fabulous but very expensive. The view was spectacular from 7pm onward. But I WAS DISAPPOINTED FOR THE SERVER DID NOT PRESENTED THE CAKE TO MY 84 yrs.old Mother who we celebrated the evening dinner for and to give her the best experience. When i book and reserved..i ASKED VERY SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SURPRISE CAKE WITH A HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG and we all the family will join in singing. The server DID NOT DO unhappy about this.
