This place came highly recommended by our hotel. The appetizer (noodles with black truffle) was good, but they were out of ingredients for both of the dishes we really wanted. We went with an entree that ended just being ok. The problem came when we couldn't get out of there after we asked for the check. We waited almost 20 minutes but the guy was only interested in a big party that was inside. We ended up going inside and paying at the register ourselves. This was unfortunately one of the places that adds the tip (service charge) to the bill themselves.GooglePlace - June 2017
Our favorite meal in Venice over a 5 day visit. Happened upon it after wondering around a bit, our original destination had closed. The scallops are amazing.GooglePlace - June 2017

Piacevolissima. A small bar/restaurant in a very quiet neighborhood right off the beaten track. Good food and friendly service.Foursquare - July 2015

This lovely little restaurant is not crowded, is often peopled with locals just having a glass, and is off the beaten track. The food and wine are excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. The gnocchi were like feathery pillows. And the food steps away from the tired Venetian fare.
Fair and reasonable prices.
Give it a try.GooglePlace - May 2015
